Yael Zdunczyk
I’m a freshly trained Yoga teacher (RYT-200 since 11/2020) and I myself encountered Yoga in Central- and South America and learned to love it there. I want to spread this enthusiasm to others and show how multifaceted Yoga can be. I’d love to give you a class in german, english or spanish. Aside from Yoga I’m also active in Calisthenics/Bodyweight training. If I’m not doing sports or travelling around the world I work as a neurologist in a hostpital.

Yoga classes
Yoga is for everyone- no matter how experienced, how fit, how flexible or which body type.
If it’s a group class or a private class, I am always excited to develop new classes and try to fit everyones individual needs. Yoga is multifaceted and spans from relaxing and meditative stretches to an energetic, powerful training.
Beginner, intermediate or advanced Yogini: For everyone there is a possibility to learn something new and work on ones personal abilities.
Handbalancing and Inversions
Train shoulders, upper body, arms and core to build a solid base to learn to balance on your hands, maybe you’d like to learn Crow (Kakasana) or Crane (Bakasana), maybe you want to improve on advanced hand balances.
See the world from a different perspective and learn how to slowly get closer to a shoulder stand, head stand, forearm stand or handstand, or improve your balance in those Asanas..
Science of Yoga
Yoga often is described as a form of intrinsic science. But there are also connections to modern medical science.
I want to try to regularly evaluate and briefly present the current scientific view and relevant studies about Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation or other topics related to Yoga here.
If you want to know more about possible benefits (or risks) of different Yoga practices, feel free to take a look.
